This all level workout uses the hammock as a barre to help students move through ballet inspired exercises that focus on toning, lengthening, and creating lean body lines while developing balance and agility. Inversions and climbing are integrated into class which force almost all body parts to move and stretch.
Low Flow Aerial
Perfect for any level student, this class will improve your muscle quality, decrease tension in your body, and reduce your chances of injury. With the hammock 6"-12" off the floor, you'll be able to find those passive, deep stretches to open the hips, shoulders and lower back. Feel more relaxed and restored!
Aerial Fitness Mixed Levels
Aerial fitness classes are designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance using the aerial hammock to perform moves. Prepare to build a strong core without stressing your joints. You will feel strong, empowered and relaxed as you learn to use the fabric. Beginners are welcome but are encouraged to take an aerial yoga, aerial starters or intro to aerial workshop before registering for this class.
Aerial Starters (New/Beginner)
Aerial starters is designed for the student new to aerial fitness or for students who prefer a less intense flow. We will work on fitness fundamentals that are necessary for attempting some of the more challenging aerial poses. Prepare to stretch, flex, and invert! We combine all types of exercises to create a fun, engaging workout.
Level 1 Aerial Fitness
This class works on basic aerial yoga/fitness moves. Perfect for the student who is relatively new to aerial workouts. It's a little slower paced than our regular aerial fitness class. We'll focus on building aerial skills for some of the upper-level moves in our other classes.
Private Lessons& Studio Rentals
We offer private lessons and studio rentals upon request. Private lessons are great for individuals who want personalized instruction or who can't make a regularly scheduled class.
Studio rentals are for parties and groups of up to 8 people per hour. Rental includes use of our hospitality room. If you have a more than 8 participants, contact us for options.
To request a private lesson or schedule a party, let us know how many people and what day/time you prefer.
What to wear:
Shirts with sleeves (short or long) and mid to long length pants that are form fitting. (cotton or rough fabric blends, slick fabrics make it difficult to do some moves safely).
Men can wear tights, shorts (they do ride up during inversions), or running pants
Please, no jewelry, zippers or things that could snag fabric.
What to bring
Water, towel (optional), We have yoga mats and blankets at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own.
New students should plan to arrive 5- 10 minutes before class so we can "fit" you to the hammock!
Please register by 10 pm the night before a morning class or 3 hours prior to an afternoon/evening class. We do cancel if there are no registrants.
Classes may be canceled if we do not have a minimum of two registrants. If we cancel, we will contact students via text or email. Please make sure your contact information is current.
